What an inspection can and cannot show
Our inspector assesses areas that are safe and reasonably accessible within the agreed scope. Locked rooms, stored items, fixed finishes, height, weather, active work, and concealed construction can limit visibility.
The report identifies important limitations and explains when testing or specialist advice may be worthwhile.
Pest and termite service boundaries
Termite services are available for homes and commercial properties. General pest control for pests other than termites is available for commercial premises only.

Is pest control available for residential properties?
Termite services are available for residential and commercial properties. Other pest control services are available for business premises only.
What areas does Guardian service?
Guardian serves Greater Western Sydney. Ask about other locations when requesting a quote.
What should I do if I find suspected termites?
Do not disturb, spray, or open the activity. Contact Guardian for an assessment.
