Business identity and acceptance

This website is operated by Guardian Pest Control Pty Ltd, ABN 13 664 322 534, trading as Guardian Building & Pest Inspections. In these terms, Guardian, we, us, and our refer to that business.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the website. You must also comply with applicable laws and any separate written terms for a quote, inspection, report, pest management service, or other engagement.

Website information

Website content is general information about Guardian, its service areas, building inspections, commercial pest control, and termite services. It is not a substitute for an inspection of a particular property or for engineering, building certification, legal, conveyancing, financial, or other specialist advice.

Guardian takes reasonable care with website information, but details may become outdated and errors may occur. Availability, response times, reporting times, service areas, price, scope, inclusions, exclusions, access requirements, and appointment times are confirmed separately for each engagement.

Quote requests and bookings

A quote request is not a confirmed booking. We will confirm the service, timing, price, property details, access arrangements, and any applicable terms before the appointment is booked.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having authority to request access to, inspection of, or treatment at the property. If relevant facts or access conditions change, tell Guardian promptly.

Inspection reports and service documents

An inspection report, treatment proposal, service record, quotation, or other service document is governed by its own stated scope, assumptions, limitations, exclusions, and permitted reliance. Website descriptions do not expand a service beyond the written agreement or report.

Unless Guardian agrees otherwise in writing, reports and service documents are prepared for the named client and purpose. Other people should not rely on them without Guardian's written agreement and may need to obtain their own inspection or advice.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, reports, and other content are owned by or licensed to Guardian and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and save or print a reasonable extract for personal, noncommercial use.

You must not copy, republish, adapt, sell, distribute, frame, scrape, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, use automated systems in a way that burdens the website, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the website to infringe another person's rights.

Guardian may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, or the business.
