How we work
We agree the scope, assess the evidence, and explain findings and limitations in plain language.
Written inspection reports are supplied within 24 hours. If a matter needs further specialist assessment, we explain why.
Written warranty and inspection assurance
Eligible standalone inspections include a 12 month inspection assurance. Eligible treatment work includes a 12 month treatment warranty for the covered area. Warranty requests are acknowledged within 1 business day and inspected within 5 business days, subject to safe access and an agreed appointment.
