Our work covers building inspections for homes and commercial properties, commercial pest control, and termite services for homes and businesses. If a concern needs an engineer, licensed trade, solicitor, or another specialist, we say so clearly.

Guardian is owned and led by Sargon (Sarge) Audeshow. His hands on experience shapes how we quote, inspect, report, and follow up, while the Guardian team supports each client from the first enquiry through to any questions after the service.
That owner involvement keeps our standards close to the work. You can expect clear appointment information, straightforward communication, and an accountable team that remains available after the service.
What you can expect from us
Before we attend, we confirm the property, service, access, timing, and price. During an inspection or assessment, we focus on the agreed scope and the areas that are safe and reasonably accessible.
Inspection reports include relevant photographs, explain important findings, and identify areas we could not inspect. Reports are supplied within 24 hours, and we remain available to clarify what a finding means.
Licences and insurance
Property work should be backed by credentials you can check. Guardian carries public liability insurance and holds the licences relevant to our building, waterproofing, pest, and termite services.
